How it works.
You send us a borrower's contact info + basic loan need. We reach out within 24 hours, quote them, and consult on the loan. When we close and fund, you get paid within 10 days.
Payout. 1% of funded loan amount (or flat $500 on smaller deals if you pick that). Volume bonus at 5+ closed per quarter = bumps to 1.25%. Paid via Venmo @betterbuiltohio, Melio, Zelle 330-858-8867, or Apple Pay 330-858-8867.
