Commission structure:
• Construction / remodel projects: 10% of BBO's gross margin (typically $500-$5,000 per closed project)
• Showroom material orders: 5% of the invoice
• Bonus tier at 5+ closed referrals per quarter → 12% construction / 6% materials
• Paid within 10 days of BBO getting paid on the referred job.
