How fast can you install carpet?
Most homes install in a single day. For multi-unit landlord turns, we sequence units to minimize vacancy — typically 5 business days from quote to installed carpet across the portfolio.
Do you remove the old carpet?
Yes. Removal and haul-away of old carpet and pad is included in the quoted price. You don’t have to do anything but move small furniture (we’ll move heavier stuff for you).
What carpet weight do you recommend for rentals?
For rental properties we typically recommend a mid-weight (32-40 oz) cut-pile or low-pile loop in a neutral color. Light enough to clean, heavy enough to last 5-7 years of typical tenant wear. Ask about our rental-grade stock for portfolio pricing.
Do you offer carpet for stairs?
Yes — stair installs are quoted per riser/tread. Berber and patterned loops hold up best to stair traffic. Bring your stair count to the showroom and we’ll quote it on the spot.
How long does carpet last in a rental?
Mid-grade rental carpet typically lasts 5-7 years with normal tenant turnover. Higher-grade stain-resistant carpet can run 8-10 years. We can spec carpet to match your hold period.
Can I get carpet installed in just one room?
Absolutely. Single-room installs are common — most wrap in a few hours. Bring your room dimensions to the showroom for a same-day quote.
