How countertop orders work:
- Pick your stone — visit our Green, OH showroom to see slab samples in person.
- We measure — free in-home template (1-2 hours, all corners + cutouts captured digitally).
- Fabrication — your slab is cut, polished, and edge-profiled to spec (typical 5-10 business days).
- We install — pickup at our showroom or full install at your home with sink/faucet hookup.
Payment terms: 70% deposit on order, 30% on install. Final pricing locked at template; subject to slab availability + edge profile choice.
