Do I have to use Alside products if I work with BBO?
We focus on Associated Materials / Alside because our partnership means we can offer the best pricing + fastest lead times + manufacturer warranty. If you need a specific competing brand, ask us — we can usually source it, but lead times and pricing won’t be as competitive.
Can I really pick up materials at either location?
Yes. When your order is ready, we’ll text or email you and confirm which pickup location it shipped to. Larger commercial orders often go straight to Alside Akron at 880 Moe Dr; smaller residential orders typically come to our showroom. Just bring your BBO order number.
How long does a full-house siding job take?
Average 1,800–2,400 sf single-family: 5–7 working days for tear-off + install with a 3-person crew. Add days for trim, gutters, and weather delays. We sequence everything for minimum exposure to the elements.
What about windows and siding done together?
This is actually the smart move — we open the wall once, install windows, then siding goes on top with proper J-channels and flashing. Saves on labor and gives you a cleaner finished look. Ask for a bundle quote.
Do you handle storm damage / insurance claims?
Yes. We provide itemized estimates that match insurance carrier expectations. We can also coordinate directly with your adjuster if you want — just give us your claim number and adjuster contact.
What warranties come with the install?
Material warranty is per Associated Materials / Alside (varies by line — typically lifetime limited on premium vinyl, 25–40 years on others). BBO labor warranty is 1 year on workmanship. Combined, that’s full coverage on a major exterior investment.
Can investors / landlords get better pricing?
Yes. We offer 10–15% off retail on bundled exterior packages for verified investors and multi-property landlords. Three-or-more property orders qualify automatically.
