Do Pre-Owned appliances come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Pre-Owned unit is bench-tested before it hits the floor and ships with a BBO warranty. If it doesn’t work, we make it right.

What’s the delivery zone?

Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga County standard. Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and everything in between. Outside that radius — ask, we can usually still do it.

Do you install? Is hookup included?

Yes. Install + standard hookup is available as an add-on. Includes leveling, water/gas/dryer-vent connection, and haul-away of your old unit. Gas line work and electrical upgrades are quoted separately if needed.

Do you finance appliances?

Yes — financing is available on qualifying orders. Ask in showroom or on the quote form.

How does the Pre-Owned condition grade work?

Every Pre-Owned unit is tagged with a condition tier (Excellent / Good / Functional). All tiers function correctly — the difference is cosmetic. Functional tier may have dings/scratches; great for rentals.

Can I order in bulk for a rental property?

Absolutely — that’s a big part of what we do. Bulk pricing kicks in at 4+ matching units. Hit the “Ask About Bulk Pricing” button and we’ll send a quote same day.
