Is there a fee to join?
No. Membership is free. We make it back when you use us for materials, service, and install — that’s the whole point.
How big are the discounts?
Member pricing varies by category and order size. We don’t post specific percentages publicly because pricing flexes with bulk volume and project mix. Apply once and we’ll send your specific member pricing details on approval.
How does the application get reviewed?
Sean reviews every application personally. Usually a 1-2 business day turnaround. We may follow up by phone if anything needs clarification.
When do I get deposit-based pricing?
deposit-based pricing unlocks after your first completed and paid project with BBO. Standard practice — gives us both a track record before extending terms.
Can I still use BBO without being a member?
Absolutely. Public pricing applies to everyone. Membership just adds investor rates, priority scheduling, and the other benefits on top.
What if my situation doesn’t fit the qualification rules cleanly?
Apply anyway and tell us your story in the open textarea. We work with new investors, syndicators, BRRRR operators, and out-of-state owners. The qualification rules are a starting point, not a hard wall.
