Built for investors and flippers
This isn’t a homeowner estimate — it’s the scope sheet you need to underwrite a deal. Every line tied to a SKU and a labor number. We use it ourselves on our own flips, and we’ll generate the same document for yours.
If the deal doesn’t pencil after our estimate, you’ll know before you close — not three weeks into demo.

Credit applied if hired
The $150 estimate fee is credited 100% to your project cost if you hire Better Built Ohio for the rehab. If you take the scope and self-perform or hire elsewhere, you keep the document and we keep the fee — fair trade.
